The website douzelage.eu does not collect any personal data of visitors to the website. The contact information on the website exists to connect the visitors with contact persons of the Douzelage organisation by email.

The website does publish personal data of contact persons in the 28 member towns and the presidency. The personal data that is published is:

• name (first name, last name);
• town and country;
• email address;
• photo.

The website douzelage.eu registers users that need to read information in the “Members Only” section. For this, login information is required, and the site registers:

• name (first name, last name);
• email address.

The registration is done by the webmaster, requests for registration are done by email.

Objectives of the use of personal data
Douzelage Europe aims at communicating with their members and non members and inform them on activities and projects of one or more member towns, or the presidency. It provides the visitor with contact information on these activities. Douzelage Europe does not use personal data for any commercial purpose.

Douzelage Europe publishes the mentioned personal data on the website douzelage.eu with the explicit written consent of all persons involved. After five years Douzelage Europe will ask for a renewal of this consent.
