Meerssen, Sherborne and Granville form a “Triangle of Douzelage Europe”.

On June 26th Douzelage Meerssen and Douzelage Sherborne visited Granville, forming a “Triangle of Douzelage Europe”, as the host Jean Marc Juliëne described the meeting. The visitors were welcomed with a beautiful hike through the surroundings and the city of Granville. Following that was an interesting visit to the house and gardens of Christian Dior.

The three partner towns were friends from the very beginning of Douzelage and the atmosphere of the meeting reflected these old bonds. The visit ended with an extensive “apéro dinatoire” in the true spirit of Douzelage.
