47th General Meeting hosted by stunning Rovinj/Rovigno

Against the enchanting background of beautiful Rovinj/Rovigno the delegations of the Douzelage partner towns discussed the different ways of preserving their Cultural and Historical Heritage. Special emphasis was placed on the traditions and historical heritage and the role education can play in passing it through to the younger generation. Through workshops in which local skills were illustrated, we learned about the local traditions. Through excursions we learned more about the local history and the cultural heritage of this very picturesque Istrian town we all fell in love with.
