Douzelage Greening

As promised months ago, we are turning our website to green to honor Saint Patrick’s Day. Little did we know back then about how the current events – brought to us by the Corona virus – are influencing our daily life, work, economy, health and interactions and exchanges of Douzelage. 

Douzelage Bundoran was expecting over six different nationalities to celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day today. All was cancelled and Ireland will not have any parades nor festivities today. Many Douzelage towns are greening their landmarks as solace and a tribute to Bundoran/Ireland. We stay connected!
